Weeks 5 - 8
- Everything in the first month
- PLUS 1-2 medium-strength and conditioning workouts (Stimulation)
- PLUS Nutrition plan implementation.
Weeks 9 - 12
- Everything in the first and second months
- PLUS one higher-intensity workout (Development) per week
- PLUS integrating all the components together.
- Formal written debrief and creation of next
12 week written fitness plan.
