Heroic Fitness Adventures. How fitting is that name? I met Billy almost 3 years ago and started on adventure of my own and what an adventure it has been! When I first met Billy, I weighed 243.8# and had a waist size of 42". One year later, I was down to 188.6#--55.2# lost # & 34" waist.
Billy truly has a gift. This gift cannot be expressed in words and must only be experienced in person. His creativity and caring spirit are unmatched and I am beyond grateful and blessed to call him my trainer and friend.

Yes. All our fitness programs have a detailed assessment and consultation process to determine the starting point for a client at any level of fitness experience, skill, and motivation.
A good way to know that you are ready to start at fitness program is to understand where you are in the “Stages of Change” (i.e. Pre-contemplation, Contemplation, Preparation, Action, Maintenance, Termination, Lapse, or Relapse). You are generally ready to train when you enter the “Preparation” stage. The hallmark of this stage is the spontaneous desire to make random changes toward your goals (e.g. buying a new pair of running shoes). Once you arrive at this stage, you are ready to meet for a consultation and start the goal setting process to design your 12-Week fitness program.
We are located in Eden Praire (6365 Carlson Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55346, Suite D) near the intersection of I494 and Hwy 62. We are less than one mile from the Crosstown Life Time Fitness facility. Our studio is directly across the street from “Grounds Crew Outdoor Services.
Yes. We offer private, partner, and semi-private personal training. As well as Group Classes.
We have top brand name equipment such as: PRX Performance, Morpheus Training, Hyperice, Stick Mobility, SPRI, Acumobility. MELT Method, and Bowflex.
We are open Sunday through Friday. 9:00 am to 7:30 pm.
We charge the following costs for our services: Private Training: $175.00/session, Partner Training 262.50/session, Semi Private: $75.00/session. Note: All programs include nutrition coaching, mobility, and 7 days/week virtual monitoring with ongoing text support.
No. We do not offer childcare services.
The typical goals clients have in beginning a training program are the following: Weight Loss, improved strength, increased energy, improved flexibility, and improved mind/body connection.
We have a recovery-based approach to fitness that recognizes that exercise is planned and skillfully dosed stress on the human body. The body is being signaled to change by the stress of the workout: it is in the 48-72 hours after the workout that the body is adapting and becoming stronger in multiple ways. In our training methods, we use biofeedback (Heart Rate Variability) and detailed recovery programming to plan and facilitate recovery after the workouts-we spend as much time planning the recovery between workouts as we do designing and facilitating the actual strength and conditioning. In addition, we have an “Awareness-based” approach to fitness, which attunes a client to bodily sensation, emotional balance, mental alertness, and the encouragement to attach “meaning” to their movements.
